Y’all in the American SW and west Mexico better check the national hurricane center and your weather for this weekend and next week.
Hurricane Hilary is about to make landfall and that whole desert area is supposed to get a years worth of rain or more. Death Valley is supposed to get twice the annual rainfall. Severe winds, massive flooding, and landslides are all strong possibilities.
This is gonna get ugly. Please spread the word. This is a majorly anomalous event and people may be unaware of the threat headed their way.

I have gastroparesis and I am completely reliant on tube feeding and IV hydration to stay alive. I have hit my deductible as of 8/18/23, but not before having to pay for some of my enteral formula out of pocket.
One month of adult feeding tube formula after insurance is $674.80, and I am still paying off my first week of IV fluids, which I am paying $1,357 for.
Iām on a payment plan for the IV fluids but I need to pay for my formula they sent for August before they ship Septemberās formula and supplies.
Please reblog and boost if youāre unable to donate š I am working full-time but I have to take a lot of time off for medical reasons, and Iām having an implanted port placed soon, which will require more time off.
just tripped over my own words so badly that i ended up saying "renjoy your wreekend" like scooby fucking doo to a customer
How is the parasaurolophus used its horn for sound resonating idea seen nowadays?
100% the leading hypothesis. we’ve even modeled what the sound would be like
Sometimes if I get the exact right/wrong amount of drunk ill cry a little bit because i will never hear a parasaurolophus call.
something i really enjoy in horror movies is when the victim(s) start to hunt the killer in return in order to kill them first, both because it's an interesting parallel that (if done well) asks the audience to consider the question of when violence and killing are a justifiable means to an end in order to survive and at what point it crosses the line from acceptable to abhorrent and condemns the perpetrator, and also because it's a little bit funny. like i can do that too bitch you're not special.
